This site is devoted in part to Childrens Series Books such as the Hardy Boys, Nancy Drew, Tom
Swift, Rick Brant, Ken Holt, Bronc Burnett, Connie Blair and dozens of others. There's information,
commentary, and reviews.
Since the series book convention I hosted in Charlottesville Virginia in October 2002 I have been very
busy and GoodOleBooks has suffered great neglect. Having at long last begun the process to
update the site I now plan to add to it on a regular basis. Whether that be good or bad I'll leave up to
the reader. Since I have now moved it to a newer and better platform, keeping things current will be
much easier.
I have added a page of "People & Things I Like" which at the moment is just a list but will be filled out
with further comment from time to time. I have managed to rebuild the Lockridge pages and I'll start
next on the various series book sections.
While here you are also likely to stumble across various and sundry ruminations about our world
and my experiences in it. Look around, enjoy and come back often!
